It's never too early.
Make sure it's not too late.
We assist policyholders at every stage of the process. Deadlines do apply to insurance claims, so wherever yours stands, sooner is better than later.
Damage you haven't reported yet. We can review the loss and your policy before anything is filed.
A claim that's open with your carrier. We can step in at any stage and handle it from there.
A payment that doesn't cover the repairs. We can review the estimate against the actual scope of work.
A denial letter isn't always the end of the road. We can review the basis for the decision.
Damage or costs that surfaced after the claim closed. A supplement may be worth pursuing.
A claim that's stopped moving. We can take over the communication and keep it progressing.

Before you call, if you're curious.
What happens when I call or send the form?
A licensed Public Adjuster from the office nearest your property reviews your situation, usually starting with a conversation about the damage, your policy, and where the claim stands. Reviewing your loss is always free, and there's no obligation to hire us.
What does it cost to hire VIP Adjusting?
We work on contingency. Our fee comes out of the recovery on your claim, so you pay nothing up front and nothing out of pocket. If there's no recovery, there's no fee.
Which office should I contact?
Any of them. Just call our main line, 833-WITH-VIP, and we'll connect you with the team that serves your area. You can also call your local office directly using the directory above.
What should I have ready?
Whatever you have is fine, but a copy of your policy, photos of the damage, and any letters or estimates from your insurance company all help. If a claim is already filed, the claim number is useful too. Missing something? Don't wait, we can help you track documents down.
My claim was already denied or paid. Is it too late?
Often not. We regularly review denied claims, closed claims, and payments that don't cover the repairs. Deadlines do apply to insurance claims, so the sooner we look at it, the more options you're likely to have.
What areas do you serve?
All of Florida from our four Florida offices, all of South Carolina from our North Charleston office, and the Dallas-Fort Worth area from our Dallas office.
The next step is a phone call.
No cost to talk it through. No pressure either way. Just a clear read on where your claim stands.
